6) Delivery areas, scheduling, and access

7) Cylinder exchange, deposits, and ownership

  • Where you order an exchange cylinder, you may be required to provide an empty cylinder of the same type/size or pay a deposit (if offered).
  • Some cylinders in the market are provided on an exchange basis and may be marked “never sold”; cylinders may remain the property of the brand/owner and cannot legally be filled by unauthorised parties.
  • You agree not to request or encourage any unsafe or unlawful handling/filling practices.

8) Safety and compliance

LPG is a flammable product and must be used responsibly.

  • You agree to store and use cylinders according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety standards.
  • If our driver believes the site is unsafe (e.g., leaks, illegal setup, flames nearby, poor ventilation, unsafe access), delivery may be refused until it is safe.
  • We recommend using reputable suppliers and safety-checked cylinders and equipment.

9) Returns and refunds (accessories)

Accessories (non-gas, non-cylinder)

  • You may return accessories in unused condition with original packaging within [X] days of delivery, subject to inspection.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., opened sealants), if stated on the product page.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Gas / filled cylinders

10) Cooling-off / cancellations for online transactions (South Africa)

For many online purchases, South Africa’s Electronic Communications and Transactions Act provides a 7-day cooling-off period, but there are exceptions (for example, where performance has started with your consent, or where goods can’t realistically be returned).

Because LPG delivery involves time-sensitive logistics and safety constraints, the cooling-off right may not apply once delivery has been scheduled and/or the goods/services have been provided (or started with your consent). If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll confirm what’s possible in your specific case.

11) Warranties and Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Where goods are defective or not as described, we will address this according to applicable law and our returns process.

You agree not to:

  • submit false orders or impersonate others
